Great phone very happy with back market

I'm all for helping to slow down global warming, but when you can find a new product for less than the price of a reconditioned one, you have to wonder... Having said that, it looks great, despite its weight (270g with a shell).

for my 3rd refurbished product, i chose another very well known refurbished phone site whereas my 2 previous purchases from backmarket had gone very well. the result was a perfect grade device, received in a correct grade from my point of view, returned and sent back. i came back to buy my phone from backmarket in perfect grade and there really was nothing to complain about. price and quality are top notch. i won't be testing any other sites. backmarket is top notch.

The phone is very well packaged. The packaging is really top notch for a refurbished phone. Delivery times are extremely short. As the screen is not the original one, a flashing light appears when the device starts up and a message is displayed stating that the screen has been changed. This was never indicated at the time of purchase. The contours of the camera lenses are worn, making it impossible to fit an individual lens protector.

For my 1st purchase on back market I am not disappointed! Everything has gone well so far 👍🏽 ! Delivery the next day really super 👍🏽. They gave me an extra case for free and the iPhone is as good as new ✨ ! Really do not hesitate to order refurbished! Thanks again ☀️

Arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. With 100% battery health🥹 Although it runs out very quickly. Thank the reconditioner because the phone came very well protected and brought case and screen protector, in addition to the charger. The only bad thing is that I had to remove the protector because the screen was not going well and it didn't have the same sensitivity. I've had it for 4 days and so far so good. UPDATE: The screen has peeled off at the top and I have not given it any blow. I hope it doesn't cause too many problems because sending it to be fixed means being without a mobile for 1 week or more.

This is the second Galaxy S10e I have purchased from Back Market and I am delighted with both. Phone is exactly as described and in perfect working condition. Battery seems to be as good as new. I recommend and I will buy from Back Market again.

I ordered an IPhone 11 in "very good condition" for a comparatively great price compared to the new price. It feels like it's in "new condition" 👍 It even came with a protective film and an albeit simple black cover plus charging cable. I reset it to the factory settings to be on the safe side, that's it, everything was ok. I'm satisfied and also have the feeling that I've done something for the environment. Would buy here again. (An Ipad is on the cards).

Samsung S20+ phone in perfect condition both aesthetically and functionally, very fast delivery, ordered in the afternoon and received the next day, I don't give 5/5 because the phone ordered should have been grey and the one received is black.

The iPhone 11 mobile phone was delivered in a special mobile phone box [undamaged], with data cable and a sim extracteur. I transferred the data from iPhone 6S > iPhone 11 via Quick Start [without cable]. Then I saw that everything was perfect, only a red dot in Settings for an unknown battery; and after 4-5 days the warning went away. Then I decided to keep the phone. I recommend these vendors.
