I had been hesitating for a few years about buying from Back Market. After my desktop PC broke down, I made this purchase. There were a few scratches on the front panel, which is normal as this is a refurbished device. However, after two days, when I started it up, the PC had to run a diagnostic on the HDD...??? I left it alone and the system didn't find anything wrong. Since then the PC has been working fine. I'm waiting to see what happens next and keeping my fingers crossed. The quality/price ratio is being respected... at the moment.

I was very pleased with my purchase overall, except for the big downside for me, which is why I selected this product: the backlit keyboard, which I don't have in reality. I am disappointed compared to the sales description of the product.

The model indicated was not the right one: I received a 7380 instead of a 7390 - I confess I don't know the difference, but it's not a matter of principle. Also, and more importantly, the machine jammed after 1 hour of use - and could not be repaired. The machine was clean and the after-sales service was responsive and professional - I'm giving this an average rating because of the disappointment and time lost for everyone.

VERY NICE DEVICE, PERFECT CONDITION, JUST ONE DRAWBACK: THE SYSTEM SUPPLIED IS WINDOWS 11 AND THAT'S NOT PLANNED FOR ME AS I MUCH PREFER WINDOWS 10, SO I'M GOING TO CHANGE THE HARD DISK TO INSTALL A SAMSUNG SSD...DATA MIGRATION BETWEEN SAMSUNG SSD AND I'M KEEPING THE SSD PREINSTALLED IN WINDOWS 11 APART FROM THE FACT THAT THE BATTERY WILL ALSO GO BACK TO 60 W INSTEAD OF THE 44 W INSTALLED INSIDE, BUT BACK MARKET IS GOOD AND THE EQUIPMENT IS REALLY IN GOOD CONDITION.

Everything went very smoothly. The PC ordered was complete and works perfectly. It's the first time I've bought a refurbished one and I don't regret it.

I've been enjoying my computer for a few days now, and I've rediscovered the pleasure of working at a computer. However, I am missing a numeric keypad. I would strongly advise anyone who wants to buy a product from you. My Samsung S20 smartphone, which I bought over a year ago, is still working very well, as is my new Dell computer.

I'm happy with my purchase, the delivery was quicker than expected, the intact parcel protected the laptop effectively; the Dell is as ordered in very good condition. The processor, which was supposed to be an i5-6300U, turned out to be an i5-7300U and its clock speed increased from 2.4 GHz to 2.6 GHz, so I won't be complaining (lol). To be recommended

Replacement PC before getting a much better one, so it almost does what I expected it to ;)
