Everything went very smoothly. The PC ordered was complete and works perfectly. It's the first time I've bought a refurbished one and I don't regret it.

I had been hesitating for a few years about buying from Back Market. After my desktop PC broke down, I made this purchase. There were a few scratches on the front panel, which is normal as this is a refurbished device. However, after two days, when I started it up, the PC had to run a diagnostic on the HDD...??? I left it alone and the system didn't find anything wrong. Since then the PC has been working fine. I'm waiting to see what happens next and keeping my fingers crossed. The quality/price ratio is being respected... at the moment.

VERY NICE DEVICE, PERFECT CONDITION, JUST ONE DRAWBACK: THE SYSTEM SUPPLIED IS WINDOWS 11 AND THAT'S NOT PLANNED FOR ME AS I MUCH PREFER WINDOWS 10, SO I'M GOING TO CHANGE THE HARD DISK TO INSTALL A SAMSUNG SSD...DATA MIGRATION BETWEEN SAMSUNG SSD AND I'M KEEPING THE SSD PREINSTALLED IN WINDOWS 11 APART FROM THE FACT THAT THE BATTERY WILL ALSO GO BACK TO 60 W INSTEAD OF THE 44 W INSTALLED INSIDE, BUT BACK MARKET IS GOOD AND THE EQUIPMENT IS REALLY IN GOOD CONDITION.

The usb C connector is taped on, so if you take it off nothing sticks. The usb C itself moves and doesn't look very solid over time. For very good condition, I can't imagine what the product would be like with a lower range...

Great equipment, I've already had wireless mice but this Dell mouse is really the Rolls, so here's my opinion: completely satisfied. Thank you very much.

I've been enjoying my computer for a few days now, and I've rediscovered the pleasure of working at a computer. However, I am missing a numeric keypad. I would strongly advise anyone who wants to buy a product from you. My Samsung S20 smartphone, which I bought over a year ago, is still working very well, as is my new Dell computer.
