A big thank you, the tablet was marked "Good Condition", but it is "Brand New"!!!! ... Excellent, not a scratch, it looks like it just came out of the factory. On the other hand, I find that it heats up quite a bit, so it remains to be seen whether any problems will appear over time... And with 16 GB of memory, it's very fast.

The product does the job, it's just a shame that the instructions were stuck to the bottom of the box, I was looking for a way to activate the Bluetooth for a while... Top BackMarket communication, when you need it and friendly

Hello, Very good for the whole purchasing process up to delivery, which was compliant. After a few months the battery would no longer charge...a fault could occur. The problem was that shortly afterwards I had exactly the same problem. I have just sent my computer back and I hope that the problem will be solved thoroughly. Best regards Vincent

very good, except for the touchpad, which is "floating", so when you touch it there's a "click" and it sinks in (even though it's not a click).

The device is in average/good condition, both externally and in general. Although this is supposed to be a top-of-the-range PC, it is a little slow, especially when playing videos (e.g. netflix), probably due to its second-hand condition.

The keyboard is superb and like new, so I'm very pleased. The tablet may have a battery fault, but it's not a major one, as it lasts well and for a long time if I charge it properly, so I'd always recommend back market!

Super PC! Super-quiet fan that only comes on when you need it (not like the 5520 I had before). The processor is as fast as ever and the Hello Windows fingerprint reader makes the experience very fluid. Everything else works perfectly. The few micro-scratches associated with the non-new appearance are almost invisible. I'd definitely recommend it!

very efficient service. fast delivery. on the other hand, the retailer advertises a French AZERTY keyboard when in reality it's Belgian azerty... so we feel a bit cheated.

I am very satisfied with this computer. It arrived in perfect condition, as agreed, at a very attractive price compared to new. I use it for my studies, and the battery lasts all day. The performance is just right for multi-tasking and software that requires a bit of resources (Photoshop, SolidWorks, etc.). The screen really does have excellent image quality, with beautiful colours. It's pleasant to look at and gives me virtually no eyestrain. The touch screen is quite handy for navigating in tablet mode. However, I wouldn't say it's suitable for high-level graphics, given its limited frame rate of 60 Hz. As a musician, the reversible aspect of the screen is incredible for reading scores and placing it on my music stand. The only other drawback I have is that the graphics (and, for my part, the editing of musical compositions with Musescore4) are complicated just with your finger, so you'll need to spend at least an extra €50 on a stylus and pay close attention to the compatibility of the model you buy.
