First of all I always buy new apple products and this is the first time I use back market and buy refurbished; and why not say it, I am pleasantly surprised. Watch like new, not even a mark, battery 100% health, works great, in its box and with new charger and new strap. Super fast shipping. I have to say I am super happy!

IPad in great condition. I have nothing to complain about. First order of refurbished, I was skeptical but I am absolutely not disappointed! The only "problem" was the delivery. Following my purchase I received an email from chronopost saying that they were waiting for my parcel to be handed over to them, ditto on the BackMarket site, which mentions chronopost. After 2 days my order was not displayed as having been dispatched, but surprise, surprise, the next day a UPS driver called me to tell me that he was in front of my house. So everything turned out fine 🙂

Perfect condition as stated, closer to new, with 100% battery capacity. All this at a price that defies all competition compared to other reconditioning sites. Neat packaging, fast delivery. I've been using it for over a month now, and I'm delighted with my purchase.

I was a bit sceptical about buying refurbished, particularly because of the battery, but when I received the watch, I noticed that it was brand new and I even forgot that it had been refurbished. El producte gairebé com nou, la bateria al 100. Lúnica petita pega és que les corretges no entrar bé (els hi cost molt d'entrar) i és un problema del rellotge: en un altre apple watch entren bé, i les de l'altre rellotge tenen els mateixos problemes per ser col-locades en aquest nou. A banda d'això, genial.

After a few days, the screen separated from the case and wouldn't turn on! What astonishment and disappointment! I discovered that the service provider had only been in business for 4 months: his quality control wasn't up to scratch. We'll see what happens when I get back.
