I was sceptical having never bought refurbished phones. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21 in excellent condition convinced that I would get a used like new smartphone. Instead it was literally brand new: original Samsung box with film and seals intact! I will definitely buy in the future

Great experience with Back Market 😍 The phone was delivered much sooner than expected. I was expecting a refurbished phone, I got a brand new phone never used in its original box still in blister. I was incredibly surprised and delighted with my phone which I love! Thank you Back Market!

I am 100% satisfied. The phone is brand new! The phone samsung S10 to my great surprise arrived the day after the order, it is blister in its original box sealed on the sides by the original patches, with new accessories: charger, cord, tip to connect 2 phones, headphones, clip for the sim sealed by the original label in the packaging of the instructions. The phone was packed in its original pocket with the plastic on the back and the original samsung one on the front (black label). I've never experienced this when buying a refurbished phone. The only downside on Cdiscount is that it's €181.90 new, which is 20 euros less than what I paid, but that's not a problem as it's also new. On the other hand before this one I took from another seller on BM a "very good condition" that I had to send back 3 times because it was heating. the seller the 1st time did a battery check and sent it back because everything was ok for him! it was still heating so I sent it back again, he changed the battery, it was still heating so I sent it back and asked for a refund and so I took this one. The 1st was reconditioned and at 205 € so I wonder if on cdiscount it's not more interesting since it's new......

I am super happy. After a previous good experience, I ordered another refurbished phone from BM. The phone I received (described as 'excellent quality') was brand new, the box was still wrapped in foil. Extremely surprised, such a nice phone for this price. Back Market cannot fail for me.

Fast delivery. Very happy with the phone, works well. Still looks good, hardly any scratches on the casing and screen. I think a refurbished phone is definitely worth considering!

Very good phone, like new (except for the battery, of course, but it still lasts a day, and a big one on WhatsApp - the screen goes blank when I'm listening to audio; apart from that, I'm very satisfied with the phone and the service).

The mobile phone arrived on time, neatly packaged and in the advertised condition. The battery life differs slightly from the new model. Can't say anything about the software as I have a different operating system installed.

I am very happy with the Google Pixel 5, I bought it with the condition "very good" and it looks like new. Couldn't find a single scratch on the device. It was delivered one day after ordering in shrink-wrapped box with charging cable and key to insert the sim card. The mobile phone runs smoothly and quickly, the camera is top notch. The only annoying thing is that the device was suddenly 20 euros cheaper a few days after ordering. Otherwise, I would recommend BackMarket without reservation.
