The delivery and care with the product phenomenal, my has arrived a day before the scheduled entega and the tablet very well packaged and in truth without any defect nin scratches look like new, has come inside the box itself Xiaomi with its charger. I have been using it for a week or more and so far so good. thank you I am very very happy.

I had a small issue with the product, so I opted to return it. Both the Back Market team and the supplier were responsive to my request. The return was quick and the refund is in process. Even though I didn't keep the phone the service was A1.

Functional phone, like new. Battery discharges fairly quickly at the start of the day, but lasts from morning to night and even longer if not used much. No charger supplied, just the cord, not compatible with my old charger so very long charge and phone tends to "disconnect" from the charger. Very satisfied with this purchase

The tablet arrived in great condition and looks brand new, I loved the experience with Back Market. However, I expected a different service from the carrier. I was away from home and they didn't try to contact me. When I arrived, the parcel was on my doorstep. It was sheltered, but in plain sight...

So far, my Xiaomi 10 is working very well, and the order and delivery went very smoothly. The product meets my expectations, apart from the touch screen that's rounded off at the edges (which isn't very practical in certain circumstances), and all the things that have to be configured on the first day (too many questions to answer, and several updates in a row...), which really takes time... But all in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase!

The phone crashes from time to time. The touch screen sometimes doesn't work even if I'm not in any app and I'm on the main screen and I have to wait or force the device to restart.

After noticing a fault with my device, which was still under warranty, I followed the instructions to send my phone back for repair. The Back Market after-sales team managed the situation perfectly and after a few days, it turned out that my phone could not be repaired, so I received a full refund for my purchase. 1st purchase on the platform. 1st phone other than a Samsung Galaxy... Pleasantly surprised I thought the phone was new. I panicked when I turned it on the 1st time, it showed 87% charge and turned itself off in less than 5 minutes I had not even had time to configure it. I let it charge to 100% and no problem. The battery is incredible and lasts almost 2 days whereas my old phone had to charge 2 times a day. Photo wise I find it a hair below an S22 but I just wanted a phone with a lot of battery and I'm happy with it.
