I'm still having trouble getting used to it. when you've spent years on an iPhone, it's a change. on the other hand, the battery life isn't great, it discharges too quickly for my liking. the phone was delivered in good condition, even excellent condition for a refurbished phone.

My husband is delighted with his gift, he hadn't even realised it was refurbished. Now it remains to be seen how long the product will last, but we have never been disappointed by any of the products sold by Back Market;

Positive points: fast delivery, battery at 96% in fair condition, I was pleasantly surprised. In fair condition, there were 3 impacts around the phone and a slightly more pronounced scratch on the screen, but that's still fair. Negative point: a Spanish e-sim was still present in the phone which leaves me wondering about the veracity of the reconditioning of the phone.

The phone is impeccable, clean and fast. However, it was blocked by Vodafone (the Portuguese operator): when you buy an unlocked model, that's a shame, not to say annoying. Price of the phone: 170€. Price of express unlocking: €60... This is the first problem I or my family have had with Back Market in a few years, and I will continue to use the platform for future purchases. On the other hand, and even though I understand that mistakes can happen to anyone, I don't recommend the partner OPTITEQUI and will be careful not to recommend a device reconditioned by this operator. But thank you to Back Market for offering this service! And a glitch won't change my use of the platform in the future.

I did receive an S21 dual Sim international model SM-G9991B/DS (and not US as some other sites try to sell). Brazil zone but works perfectly in France. Ordered in Good condition: nickel screen and no scratches on the shell but 2 visible impacts on the edge, not annoying, but for the grade Good condition should be only micro scratches. Battery measured at over 95% with AccuBatterie, unheard of in refurbished condition, which is why I'm still awarding the maximum grade. To note an average delivery DHL ...

I am happy with the choice. Quality/price I have a top device. It has a defect on the vibration that doesn't always work properly and when I notified support they immediately tried to help me. By my own choice I did not send the phone back because it is a bore to reconfigure it several times. From an aesthetic point of view it only has slight scratches on the display which have disappeared by applying tempered glass. In terms of performance it is very good, it heats up a lot but that is a problem with the model and not the refurbished phone itself. I definitely recommend buying a refurbished one and I trust Backmarket for their service. I am sure I will buy from them again in the future.

Frankly, it's great for reconditioning. On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend this Huawei as it's a real pain to install Google apps...

Am amazed at how good condition it came in. When someone asks where the watch is from I even forget it is refurbished. Delivery was within 1 day from Madrid.

Impeccable. As described. Supplied with its protective glass and shell. A very, very good price for this phone. I'm waiting to see how long it lasts before making a full judgement on laptop refurbishment.
