It takes forever to send items back for repair its been weeks and it's not even reached the destination yet

My husband is delighted with his gift, he hadn't even realised it was refurbished. Now it remains to be seen how long the product will last, but we have never been disappointed by any of the products sold by Back Market;

Impeccable. As described. Supplied with its protective glass and shell. A very, very good price for this phone. I'm waiting to see how long it lasts before making a full judgement on laptop refurbishment.

I did receive an S21 dual Sim international model SM-G9991B/DS (and not US as some other sites try to sell). Brazil zone but works perfectly in France. Ordered in Good condition: nickel screen and no scratches on the shell but 2 visible impacts on the edge, not annoying, but for the grade Good condition should be only micro scratches. Battery measured at over 95% with AccuBatterie, unheard of in refurbished condition, which is why I'm still awarding the maximum grade. To note an average delivery DHL ...

Very satisfactory purchase (quality of the product, speed of delivery, follow-up of the file) but ten emails since the order, it's a bludgeoning. It's pleasant at first because there's a precise follow-up, but it's becoming annoying. There's also a problem with the packaging. The iPhone 13 (700 euros) arrived in its packaging box in a simple bag. The case (10 euros) ordered on your site arrived in an envelope with protective bubbles. I would still recommend it. Alexis

Received over a week ago and I'm delighted: it works perfectly well, the battery is top notch, it's fast, responsive, takes great photos and videos... So far I've had no disappointments, apart from the fact that it doesn't sync with my Samsung connected watch (which isn't Huawei after all).

Frankly, it's great for reconditioning. On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend this Huawei as it's a real pain to install Google apps...

Excellent, the mobile arrived practically new, when it arrived it was out of battery I charged it to full, and super well, fast, with plenty of capacity, the image looks excellent, camera and functions in general very well. I write this comment 8 months since I bought it, and it is still in perfect condition.
