The quality of the product corresponds to the description, physically it is as good as new. However, the performance is not as expected. The worst thing is the battery, it takes a long time to charge (despite having fast charging) and discharges very quickly. I don't know to what extent this is normal, being a refurbished device, or if it is a defect. I get the feeling that it has a non-original battery.

I recommend it 100%, I bought an iphone 13 pro in excellent condition and it came like new, with the same box as the original, well packaged, not a scratch, perfect system, the battery came to 100% and after 1 month of use has dropped to 93, I do not know if this is normal but I have to say that I spend a lot using it! I had many doubts but my experience has been positive.

I received my iPhone 13 Pro yesterday, happy on the whole apart from a small truck when I receive calls I am often on the speaker and there nobody on the other side does not hear me or hears very jerky ... then I updated my phone but still the same It's a shame and not normal for the price I paid for it

Maybe it's my lucky day, but I promise you that I won't take anything for granted in my reviews - they're genuine! I have to say that I bought this mouse in the original Apple packaging, sealed with the original film! This mouse has never been used and the cable was brand new. Quite frankly, I would recommend

2 problems on the phone: I can't hear the people I'm talking to unless I'm in speaker mode, and the Bluetooth doesn't detect any other devices. And when it was delivered, the phone indicated on start-up that it previously belonged to another person whose iCloud account was XX: phone incorrectly reset? Other than that, the phone is impeccable with no scratches whatsoever.

Once the phone went into standby while I was listening to a voice. I couldn't turn it back on and it decided on its own 1-2 minutes later. What a fright, even though my phone hadn't been in use for 2 weeks. But apart from that, nothing's wrong so far.

I received the product in 3 days and without any problems. I bought it in excellent condition and the truth is that it fulfills it. The only issue to take into account, the usb cable came defective and does not charge, so I had to go and buy another one. In the meantime, backmarket will give me a voucher. We will see if that is the case. Everything else very good!
