I was very hesitant to buy a refurbished phone, mainly because of the looks and the health of the battery. I picked up an IPhone 12 Pro in excellent condition and it came to me in perfect condition and the battery is 100% healthy and works great like a brand new one. My son is super happy.100% recommend this seller.will repeat.

Perfectly compliant item. I took the blue iPhone 14 256go with the option perfect condition and new battery, the iPhone came from a European retailer. Which is the best thing, because they have to comply with European standards and provide products of impeccable quality. The phone was impeccable, like new, not a trace or even a micro-scratch. The Apple care guarantee is still valid on it for several months. But for that you have to make sure you choose your phone with the best possible options, which means perfect condition and a new battery. I felt like I'd bought a new phone from the Apple Store. The only downside was the lack of original packaging. All in all, it was a nice surprise for someone who is wary of refurbished products.

I was very surprised by the fast reception as well as the state of the phone... it looks like it's new...! the battery discharges quite quickly, and qq bug on some applications or everything remains as "immobile" so obliged to close the tab and start again... it is reconditioned so it seems normal... but for the moment good experience overall

I ordered my black iPhone 14 Pro in 128 GB and took it in perfect condition with a new battery. I ordered it on 5 March and received it on 7 March, so delivery was very quick. I received it with a hydrogen film already placed on the phone, this is my first refurbished purchase on Back Market and I am very satisfied. No scratches. No defects, the phone is perfect.

Why buy new at prohibitive prices when you can buy a like-new iPhone 14promax for half the price! (Knowing that the latter have a lifespan of almost 8 years, I'm giving my 12 promax to my mother to replace her 7, which still works, but whose original battery is starting to fail and whose IOS remains at version 15. The 7 will still serve as a backup. Nobody around me buys anything new any more, thanks to Back Market, which I've recommended to several people around me! And they swear by this reconditioning system! My new purchase is just perfect. It arrived quickly. I chose a 'Perfect Condition' model, because saving money has to go hand in hand with a minimum of durability. (The battery is original and at its maximum autonomy, not a scratch, and delivered with a new cable). I also chose a good intermediate capacity. Too little is risky, and too much (as I had on my 12 pro max/512go, never reached a third in 4 years). 256go are perfect for my use and value for money! Completely satisfied!

Like many of the comments, I had never bought refurbished. I had been looking for several months until I saw an excellent offer on a 256gb. The phone has come perfect, 93% battery and without any problems. I was afraid especially because of the look and the battery but nothing. It only has a small mark on the bottom (not visible with a case) and a mini scratch on the screen that is hardly visible either. I've waited a month to review it and so far I'm very happy with it. I'm already looking at the Apple Watch over here...
