I was surprised by the battery capacity, at 87%. A low percentage for a phone in excellent condition.

I give it this score because this is actually the second time. I am going to have to send it back as the screen is detached. Apart from that I have asked to send it back and they haven't answered me yet. My phone is useless. There is no contact telephone number to be able to solve the problem. I am waiting for a reply to send the phone. I am without a phone and the phone is only one year old, thank you for your reply.

Good morning, unfortunately my experience with back market has been terrible. At the first fall the screen and the rear camera shattered, that makes me think about the poor quality of the product I bought. I will certainly not buy from you again and I do not recommend it at all.
