I have been a customer for a long time and have never been disappointed with either the products or the customer service. I received my iPhone 12 in very good condition and it arrived as new. Impeccable. And believe me, I'm very demanding. What's more, the battery is 100% healthy and you can even see the status and activity. So a new battery made in Apple? Or a compatible battery installed according to Apple's recommended standards. So hats off to Solomon, the reconditioner, and thank you. Very nice work. 💯

My partner is very happy with his new refurbished iPhone 12! It works perfectly, and is as good as new. The battery is really good, I highly recommend it! I'm never disappointed :)

purchased IPhone 12-256gb red, fast shipping time. Excellent packaging and external condition of phone, as described. Delivered with cable and sim clip. Battery 100%, like new. No functioning problems at present. First purchase of a refurbished product, I am positively surprised I will recommend this site to friends who need to buy for their children.

iPhone 12 Pro received in 2 days! iPhone ordered in perfect condition, everything looks perfect. Only downside may be the battery at 85% I expected a little better but for refurbished it goes I recommend. ☺️

The IPhone 11 Pro phone I bought at the beginning of December doesn't seem to work very well on speakerphone: the sound is choppy for the caller. However, it's a phone I chose in "very good condition" after reconditioning, and therefore not the cheapest. I'll keep an eye on it, and hope it holds up well over the next few years. On the other hand, I'd like to point out that Back Market responds and handles disputes extremely quickly, which is a plus for them. That said, some refurbishments (depending on the supplier, I presume) are not sufficiently checked.

It was the first time I bought a refurbished mobile phone and my experience has been very positive. I bought the IPhone 13 256 Gb, externally it was perfect, battery capacity at 100%, but after using it for a few days I found that it had a defect in the software, I automatically requested its repair. A few days later they sent me a brand new one without any problem. The new one works perfect and just like the previous one, 100% battery capacity and looks like new.

I've had my refurbished iphone 12 for more than a month and it has worked perfectly, since it arrived it came without a single scratch or mark, battery 100% and all its original parts, I have had no problems with absolutely nothing, a few days later I bought another one for a friend of this same model and it is just as perfect 👌 super recommended.

I think like most people I had my doubts about buying a refurbished one. Well doubts cleared with this purchase, 10 out of 10. The iPhone 12 flawless, health bat 100. 👍🏼
