Very good product, the quality is on the state to ask, and the delivery was advanced therefore everything is perfect. I really recommend Backmarket.

Unfortunately the seller made a mistake with my order and I received an iPhone 12 Pro Max instead of the 12 pro I had ordered. I had to return it because it was too big for me. The battery was at 87% anyway and I chose the excellent option. I bought another iPhone years ago and I am very happy with Back Market in general. One tip I would give is to look at who the seller is and their rating before you buy.

On the other hand, returning your old phone for payment is a real obstacle course. That's a real shame, and there's no explanation of how to transfer our data to the new phone.

A phone in very good condition at a reasonable price. The screen has been changed but that's part of the reconditioning.

Everything is perfect in terms of both appearance and functionality so far. The only downside is the "battery unknown" message, even though it's explained in the BackMarket support... it would have been healthier to have had the repairer specify this BEFORE sending it out 🤔🤷‍♂️

Completely false information about my order. It was delivered on the 9th of April, taking a total of 10 days to receive the order. not facilitating the action neither by UPS, much less by back market. NEGATIVE DELIVERY, and no possibility to contact by phone. All you have to do is wait. As for the product received, no complaints at all. What I expected and just as I expected. A samsung s21 (8Gb-256) in good quality, with rubbed corners and visible signs of use, which do not affect the operation of the product. In this sense I am happy. I will buy again, but I would appreciate a change of transport company or direct back market contact with them, to contact them when you are not at home after not having delivered the product within the deadline (which they themselves put).

Perfectly packaged and looks like a new phone. No longer surprising (so much) because I have bought several times from Back Market. Even more satisfaction this time because it was my daughter's first iPhone on her 13th birthday. Thank you, Back Market!

Device received in perfect condition outside as described on the ad, fast shipping. However, I can't send messages, only receive them. Rather annoying ... the settings have been checked, they are consistent with my old mobile. I went to check a tutorial on the internet and followed the instructions, but when I logged on externally with the apple identifier, nothing happened... what do you suggest? Thank you very much.
