The computer is in a very good condition and works very well. It only has a small bump in one corner and some keys have stickers on them as the original keyboard must not have been in Spanish. The delivery was very fast (2-3 days)

I've received a computer that's completely configured in Spanish and that generates an error during W11 cumulative updates as soon as it starts up. I've solved the 1st problem (and changing the time/language setting isn't enough to make everything in Spanish disappear!), but not the 2nd. Customer service tells me it's a software problem, so it's "not relevant", I just have to reinstall W11 if I'm not happy. Well done!

There is a mistake on the goods!!! The CPU received is a DELL Optiplex 7050 SFF in "very" good condition but what counts is what's inside... The technical description of the machine completed by the seller details : - an i7-7700 processor of 3.6 GHZ. On arrival it is an i7-6700, so it is an i7 but of 6th and not 7th generation... of 3.4 GHZ... - an Intel HD Graphics 630. In the end it's a 530... Not quite the same thing, although these criteria strongly conditioned my choice for this machine. The invoice mentions 8GB of RAM whereas the description mentioned 16GB. Fortunately, 16GB is installed. The machine is functional and is close to the specifications/price I was looking for. But still, I have the feeling that I have been taken for a ride by an embellished and misleading description... So a piece of advice, don't trust (as I did...) the descriptions of the refurbisher NETLOGIC SISTEMAS INFORMATICOS S.L (Madrid) and go to more honest refurbishers... In addition you will avoid that your "ecological" purchase takes the plane from Madrid... Otherwise, nothing to say about the Back Market site itself, very good.

give problem since after first year, just this out of warranty, comparing with its cost, 99 euros, i prefer to buy a new one. this thing can only be used the first year, so it is more expensive than buying a new one. i have tried to look for help from them, and it tells me that it is out of warranty.
