I'm very happy with the smartphone I received: it's like new and therefore great value for money. Thanks to the refurbisher. As far as Back Market is concerned, this is my 6th purchase (of phones and laptops) and I have never been disappointed.

Very good product, in perfect condition, you can't tell the difference with a new product. The delivery was very fast and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I've been buying all my electronics from Backmarket for several years (tablet, phone) and will continue to do so. Sometimes there isn't much difference in price between refurbished and new, which doesn't encourage people to take the plunge.

Top of the range, model I've been looking for a long time and in very good condition. Very good price I would have liked to have been supplied with the Apple box and not in a basic cardboard box.

The item arrived in good condition, and on time, all in a box, and with the components that go with it. However, I have to criticise BackMarket for choosing to deliver the parcels via Chronopost, who almost didn't deliver efficiently, and who didn't communicate well.

Thank you for thanking the seller on my behalf, the delivery was scheduled for 30 or 31 December in normal delivery, I received today 24 December Chronopost perfect for Christmas my darling! The phone is as expected. The person selling the phone lives 10km from me, but the phone travelled more than 250km to be delivered to me. A bit of a shame for BackMarket who advocate ecology on recycled devices. Satisfied with my purchase all the same.

I am completely satisfied with my phone, it doesn't look like a reconditioned phone. This is the 3rd phone I have bought from this site and I would buy again with my eyes closed.
