One of the best headsets I've ever tried and used, Fabulous immersion in the game, the plug and play connection is superb, it's the first time I've used it. The headset arrived like new, with no defects, neither in shipping nor in repackaging, I almost had the impression that it had been taken out of its original packaging. I use it to play on the PC, it also works on the Mac, but there are a few problems with the connection to my Xbox Series S, it's a real shame but it's not linked to the headset or Back Market, it's the Xbox licences that make the headset work or not, too bad the headset suits me enormously, I'm going to keep it and suggest it to all my gaming buddies :)

Delivered as expected, perfectly packaged and functional when first plugged in. However, there were folders on it, perhaps simply to place files to help me understand how to use it, but when in doubt I deleted them immediately. However, the cable doesn't seem to be powerful enough for the storage space offered by the SSD, and the time taken to put files on it is 2 to 3 times longer than normal. Otherwise, impeccable service! I'll leave aside the delivery problems, in particular the letterbox error. This was the fault of the delivery driver, who probably didn't pay much attention to the written and even verbal instructions (explanations given over the phone). He also took the liberty of signing on my behalf, leaving the parcel in the wrong letterbox... DPD didn't want anything to do with it as there was my signature (but not mine...). In short, it took 3 days to find the parcel. Thanks to BackMarket for the follow-up after delivery!

Fast and secure delivery, the phone works well and seems to have all the active functions but needs to be checked over time (a previous phone did not work for reading the freestyle sensor even though it had been offered for this!) The attached cord ( Lightning /usbA) is useless as these phones require 20w chargers with usbC port. It was the same for the other 2 phones in the family. Maybe refurbishers should take this into account in the future to avoid putting these cords in the bin.

I had a problem with the battery life when I first received it, but after sending it back (without paying anything) and only a few days later, a replacement (or repaired) product arrived and everything seemed to be OK this time. Thank you for your responsiveness!

Purchased in 2020. I've only had one problem since almost the start: the sound, which sometimes crackles and goes into "tin can" mode. Given the intensive use, in 2023: dead battery (it swelled), emergency change with a non-apple battery (problem, despite compatibility, it still swells), space key no longer presses (I can't manage to change it with the kits), same with the trackpad (I wouldn't venture to try and change it). Classic problems with this computer, so no real worries. I should also mention that it took a bowl of milk, and that Apple told me it was dead, but that the beast left on its own without too much damage (1 or 2 ports that don't work from time to time). On the downside, the touch bar no longer works, I don't know why. In short, a good beast for its age.
