This is the second time now that I have bought a refurbished smartphone from backmarket. I'm really pleased with the tablet, it works really well, arrived quickly and was well packaged. I thought it would be bigger, but that's me being misinformed, otherwise it's really great.

The package arrived perfectly as new. It is impeccable it has charged fast, charger plug-in cable. It is the second appel product I have bought and I will continue to be a customer .would say it is new.

I waited several weeks of use to give my opinion to be sure'. I received my Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro phone 1 day early. It was very well packaged and therefore protected. Inside was the plug and cord for recharging, as well as a transparent shell. The phone is in excellent condition. I do not regret my choice to buy a refurbished. Having had a Xiaomi before I am not disappointed by this range. I highly recommend the site and the phone.

It is the first time I buy a refurbished mobile and the first time I have an iphone, as I have always had android mobiles. I spent several days comparing iphone prices on various websites, reading the reviews, some positive, others not so much (you have to be very sure because it is a lot of money you can leave). After the comparisons, I opted for refurbished from back market, basically because the price is quite good. I bought this iphone 13 pro max in excellent condition and I am more than satisfied. On the one hand, the delivery was very fast, as it was made two days earlier than expected, and on the other hand I was afraid for the battery; I wanted to change it as soon as it arrived. But not at all! It was at 95% of life. And finally, it looks brand new, there are two tiny scratches on the sides but it doesn't matter at all. The best purchase I've made in a long time.
