I bought the IPhone 13 in good condition and with normal battery consumption. I can't complain at all. Looks great, slight signs of use, a small dent. The brand new battery overlooks all that. I can only recommend it

After a week of use, I don't regret my purchase via Back Market. The only fault I've noticed so far is that the SIM card was detected for the second time during the day, necessitating a reboot. Having bought a phone for my wife last month and this first experience having been conclusive, I therefore took the step of reconditioning for the second time. Good value for money. Only the delivery on the two products was disappointing with a delay announced at the end of the day with postponement to the next day. Not cool if you've planned your day around the delivery person to whom you have to give a code...

I have always bought my mobile phones on another reputable platform and was bitterly disappointed with my last two purchases. This time my new mobile phone didn't come in the original packaging but it was in super good condition. I've been using it for about 14 days and so far I'm delighted.

1st purchase on back market and frankly not disappointed! Very fast and careful delivery, item conforms to specifications. The only downside is that there are no instructions for use or charger, but that's really just to say a minor negative.

The phone works perfectly the only downside is that I asked to have a new battery but when I put my phone to charge the battery it goes down and I tried several chargers after the third attempt to charge it is there that begins to charge

The phone arrived quickly and in perfect condition as requested. I had the impression that it was like new and that's great. The only small inconvenience is the way the phone arrived in no closed box so that it looks nice but simply put in bubble wrap stuck to the box of the package is a shame I would have liked a better presentation given the price paid anyway.
