Fast delivery in less than a week. I ordered an iPhone 13 pro 256 GB in "very good condition" and it is indeed in very good condition, some small dirt around the camera lenses and a very slight scratch on the top of the shell. For the price it's very decent. The battery capacity is 85%, I would have liked to have been warned that it could be that low, my iPhone XR which dates from much earlier has a capacity of 81% with 2 years more ... But very happy to have experienced the refurbished is a good incentive.

I bought the IPhone 14 in excellent condition and am more than satisfied with this purchase. The phone looks like new. This is my 2nd purchase and would buy here again and again. They deliver what they promise.

The order came great. The estimated time of arrival was different from the UPS tracking number and, although the delivery address I gave was my home address, it was left at a nearby delivery point. I found out when I saw the notification that the order had been delivered and I had not left my house, so it had not been delivered to me. I looked at the delivery details and saw that it had been left at this delivery point, so I went and picked it up. Apart from the scare, everything else was perfect, the iPhone was flawless and working perfectly. I saw the message that the battery was not recognised by Apple but I had already read the message on the box about this so I didn't worry. The bad thing is that I don't know the state of the battery, but I'll find a way. It's not the first time I've bought refurbished from Back Market and I will continue to do so, I don't have a single complaint. Thank you very much!

I purchased a 64gb iphone xs. I was initially sceptical about refurbished phones, after various problems with payment the phone was shipped to me in just 3 days. I chose the "excellent" condition but the phone looks like new, not a single scratch on it. The only thing I thought was a problem was the battery, which I believe is not original, but so far I'm getting on well anyway. What can I say, I have changed my mind, I will definitely reorder from this site.
