The iPhone 12 is actually like new, no scratches and the battery is 100% SOH. So it's really fun to buy refurbished. In my case, the iPhone even came with a brand new protective case, which I hadn't even ordered, but which the end user of the device can make good use of.

This is my first refurbished purchase and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The phone is a 128GB IPhone 11 in particular and looks excellent. It arrived a day earlier than expected in a company box and included the cable to charge it. It is in perfect condition. Not a single scratch on the screen or back. As if it was new. It works perfectly and I have been using it for almost a month. After the experience I wouldn't hesitate to go for a refurbished phone again when I have to renew this one.

Works perfectly well... I used to have a 1st generation: the 2nd generation is even nicer and easier to use... The reconditioned one seems to work like new... in short, I'm delighted...

I loved this last experience I had with Backmarket, it's been good since the first order and it only gets better, my iPhone 11 arrived in perfect condition and ready to use despite a delay with the courier company. Following an error by the reconditioner when preparing my order, I sent the phone back via the Back Market returns procedure. A week after returning the package to the reconditioner, I received the phone as per my order. Of course I was a little disappointed when I first received it, but I was very satisfied with the responsiveness and the rectification of this error.

I love it! It's a completely satisfactory phone. I was able to transfer my data very quickly and easily. As for the biometrics, it's impeccable but it doesn't transfer! So I had to ask for certain numeric codes again. Thank you again for the quality of your refurbished items.

The iPhone 12 arrived earlier than expected. I chose "Excellent" and it looks as good as new. The battery health is at 100%, very good, something that has pleasantly surprised me. The only drawback I found is, when I finish talking to someone and take the phone away from my ear, the screen is still black and it takes three to four seconds to turn on before I can hang up the call. Still, the phone works very well, I will definitely buy from BackMarket again.
