The iPhone 12 is actually like new, no scratches and the battery is 100% SOH. So it's really fun to buy refurbished. In my case, the iPhone even came with a brand new protective case, which I hadn't even ordered, but which the end user of the device can make good use of.

Works perfectly well... I used to have a 1st generation: the 2nd generation is even nicer and easier to use... The reconditioned one seems to work like new... in short, I'm delighted...

This is my first refurbished purchase and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The phone is a 128GB IPhone 11 in particular and looks excellent. It arrived a day earlier than expected in a company box and included the cable to charge it. It is in perfect condition. Not a single scratch on the screen or back. As if it was new. It works perfectly and I have been using it for almost a month. After the experience I wouldn't hesitate to go for a refurbished phone again when I have to renew this one.

Iphone XS: received today, truly excellent cosmetic condition, not a scratch or mark even checking it with a torch. Incredibly 100% battery and no parts reported as "foreign", so all perfect to say the least. Mobile phone manufactured in July 2019 according to Apple. Super satisfied with the purchase!!!!!!

I've just received my iPhone 12 Pro and I'm very happy with my purchase! The delivery was very fast, ahead of schedule, and I was regularly informed of the status of my delivery by email and SMS, which was very reassuring. The iPhone 12 arrived earlier than expected. I chose "Excellent" and it looks as good as new. The battery health is at 100%, very good, something that has pleasantly surprised me. The only drawback I found is, when I finish talking to someone and take the phone away from my ear, the screen is still black and it takes three to four seconds to turn on before I can hang up the call. Still, the phone works very well, I will definitely buy from BackMarket again.

The iPhone 11 bought in perfect condition is perfect, it has no scratches, works very well, supplied with the shell and tempered glass (I did not know) a great find! With 100% more battery!
