Hello, Delivery time: very quick, Packaging: very solid and reassuring Condition of the computer: very good and perfectly as promised (screen spotless, keyboard spotless, system also spotless). The only observation: I had to restart it 2 times when I first started it up because the keyboard didn't "respond", but since then I've been using it every day and it's been fine.

I bought this laptop to complement my desktop PC. It does the job perfectly and the battery is holding up well for a second-hand PC, which is great. Apart from a small cosmetic defect on 2 keyboard keys (perhaps even original), it looks like new.

Very happy with the 32GB RAM. The On/Off button is a little hard to use. Big downside: the battery doesn't last long when used off the mains: 1 to 2 hours max. Overall, very good value for money!
