Beautiful! Very happy with my purchase! This is the first time I've bought refurbished and certainly not the last. I can't believe it's reconditioned. The phone is in perfect working order. Works superbly well. The photos are of very good quality, the sound on the phone or media is also top notch.

I'm going to do a rating on 2 levels: the phone : arrived in perfect condition as expected and purchased but... ...disappointed... I took my Samsung A54 back as a result...: screen too small battery life dwindling lots (too many) settings available but ultimately useless for my purposes on the other hand, the photos are just amazing, that's for sure. the OS with no overlay is just great, and the screen quality is really excellent. Backmarket : this is the second time I've ordered from the site... excellent in every way excellent delivery speed you're kept up to date with everything from purchase to delivery in a very clear and simple way. the after-sales service is very, very good and very fast too. I said I didn't want to keep the phone and immediately had a free returns slip to print out. I waited 3 days for the parcel to be returned to the reconditioner, who refunded me in full immediately. I will certainly continue to order from backmarket without hesitation.

I've been using this refurbished Pixel 7 for 2 weeks now and so far there's nothing to complain about. There's a slight scratch on the camera but nothing too serious (the retailer recommends using a protective cover as this part is reputed to be fragile). In short, I'm very happy with my purchase so far.

I'm very happy with the service. The phone is in perfect condition, it feels like a new phone. The phone itself is very good. Fluid and practical, the google software layers are very useful. There's a bit of a learning curve for certain gestures.
