Product purchased in September 2021: A few days before the end of the warranty, the device was unusable, without explanation, it stopped working. I was able to send it for repair and it came back with a new battery. When I tried to recharge it, it stopped working again, I think it was a fault that burnt out the battery, so the product wasn't really repaired. I tried to use the warranty again but it was too late. Conclusion: this is a recurring phenomenon that I've had with Marshall products (headphones + bluetooth amps) that can be summed up in two words: programmed obsolescence. I won't be buying any more of their products, which, apart from their aesthetic appeal, aren't very high quality when it comes to equipment for musicians.
