Excellent Web site and great service ipad is excellent

the MacBook Pro arrived on the expected day and I must say that everything was impeccable; perfect packaging and product as new, in the box they provide you with a battery charger with the original apple transformer and a new canvas cable of excellent quality (I prefer it to the original), I spent a lot of time searching for the ideal MacBook and the backmarket site helped me in the search through their filters, the product is exactly up to my expectations in terms of efficiency! the battery holds up very well (almost the entire working day) and recharges in just under 50 minutes with the MagSafe magnetic connector! the price is not competitive, I had visited 2 other refurbished items sites that offered me the same price but in the end I chose Backmarket and I don't regret it! I'll also look for a refurbished iPad for sure... and if I have to change pc I'll surely come back to them! thanks for the service Niccolò

For anyone who is unsure whether they should get one: I was one of you, but couldn't resist a flash deal of just under 1500 euros and ordered the MacBook Pro 16 inch in excellent condition. It has no scratches, only two charging cycles, all original accessories and everything is still neatly packaged, including the original box. I have just tested it and have to say I would order here again and again. Of course, there are always some that are better or worse, but it feels great to have bought one so cheaply.

Mac received in its original box with instructions and original charger. perfect condition as I took it, absolutely nothing to complain about it is perfect. The only drawback is that when it arrived it was entirely in Dutch and it was complicated to configure it like that but once you've got it set up it was fine and today I'm delighted with it and I recommend it!

Good delivery was neatly packaged. Laptop still looks nice and works well, although you can see some colour difference next to the mouse pad which is lighter in colour. The screen is clear and free of scratches, and there was little or no damage to the entire laptop. The message very good is also justified

Very satisfied !!!! VERY IMPORTANT that it came with a wonderful charger with usb and usb-C port. We are very satisfied with our purchase. Your commitment and follow-up shipping package was fantastic. The ipad (older version) was because I was looking for a second one to play music and this one still has a decent audio connection that transmits perfect sound. Can't say the same for the newer generation ipads.

I am very satisfied with my purchase: the product was packaged in the original packaging; everything looked like new. there are just two A keys on the keyboard (French azerty keyboard with 2A and no Q), which is not at all annoying when you are already used to the keys (the computer writes the Q correctly when you press the bottom key).

perfect experience, after I had a small battery problem, I asked for a return and ordered another MacBook (all within 4/5 days) thanks also to the always helpful and friendly customer service. now I have a Macbook in perfect condition and working.
