The phone is in perfect condition does not have a single scratch, it is the first time I buy reconditioned and I was surprised. Only one complaint, the battery comes with a health of 75% and soon I will have to renew it.

Another problem with the laptop ordered (for the 3rd time out of 5 laptop orders) the quality of the battery was less than 85% and the screen was damaged (although it was supposed to be in perfect condition) after discussing with customer service I was finally refunded because the reconditioner did not give any news for 2 weeks although I wanted an exchange. Once again I'm very disappointed with the items sold on the Backmarket site because obviously the quality control isn't up to scratch...

Sorry for the rather negative review, but this is necessary both for the Mac-Way seller and for the site itself. The computer is not Azerty but AWerty!? Is this a mistake? Or have the keys been swapped? I opened the cover to change the RAM (so much for warranties) and the surprise of dust but like never before ... It's not "reconditioned", it's so badly made, it's second-hand... You should be a little more rigorous in your criteria BackMarket, on what is a refurbished product, there should be criteria like opening the cover, checking that everything is in order (fixing the faulty battery for example, dust, traces of liquid ... etc). And vendors should also have reconditioning criteria.... I'm disappointed, I'm not surprised given the price of the product, but disappointed that people don't take the trouble to look after what they're selling for a little while, because there's a risk that it won't work in the long run... If you buy a computer, even a refurbished one, it's to use it, not to refurbish it yourself... I don't think this computer has been through anything other than a system reset...
