Very happy with my purchase, I was supposed to receive my phone on 5/12 and I received it in advance on 2/12! Perfect condition, incredible phone at a great price, it doesn't look like it's been refurbished, I love it 😍

Well, I've only seen its responsiveness, fast with its SSD; its WIFI connectivity is top notch. I was able to install the Office suite without any problem (by the way, it would be great if you could offer it on refurbished machines, as you can get cheap legal licences - I found MSOffice 2019 pro at 0.08€ for 5 licences! that would save us a lot of time...). The friend I bought it for hasn't used it much yet, but I think it's a great machine. Thanks to the whole team. FD

After buying 2 iPhones from BackMarket, which I was completely satisfied with, I bought an iPhone 8 from them, which had some malfunctions. The after-sales service staff were great: understanding, very responsive, very polite and cordial (much appreciated these days) and efficient. After trying to resolve the problems, I was finally reimbursed for my purchase. The very smooth after-sales service (I was very well guided, step by step) encouraged me to order from BackMarket again, despite the inconvenience.

1st experience of buying a reconditioned phone. I am disappointed. I bought an iPhone in perfect condition that was supposed to be like new. The casing has many scratches and one side of the phone is very damaged. I hope it will work well and that I won't have any unpleasant surprises in a few months' time. I'm giving it 3 stars because the battery is 100%. To be continued.

Battery at 85%, in other words, doesn't last half the day, €40 to have it changed by a local service provider, apart from that everything's fine.

Hello, Following my purchase, I have already noticed a black screen 3 times. In other words, when I press the central button at the bottom of the iphone, it remains completely black, nothing happens. I can no longer access the phone in any way whatsoever. It comes back after a few minutes, but that can be annoying if I need to make an urgent call. In addition, it is very sensitive to the touch of the screen. I'll get back to you if my black screen problem recurs.
