    Phone arrived quickly and in perfect condition! Was quick and easy to set up and I’m VERY impressed by the camera quality on this little phone. I’d definitely be looking at more refurbished phones in the future!

    Ordered a Macbook Pro Core i7, received it in 2 days, great delivery by DHL courier, but sadly and frustratingly it wasn't i7 which obviously i paid more for, it was core i5 and it didn't have an SSD drive as it was supposed to have. DHL'd back for a full refund - :(

    The charger does not work at all, it does not light up, not even flicker. I understand that I can send it back but I’m not willing to go through the trouble. 35 € gone, that’s fine, but I can no longer trust this website.

    I ordered this red leather case for an iPhone 12 Pro Max but was sent a silicone case for an iPhone 11 Pro instead. Customer service was not a great experience. I needed to send the case back and only after they received it would they be able to tell me if they will send me the correct case or will issue a refund. When the case was received, they had me confirm my address and details for sending a replacement. However, they then issued a refund instead as they couldn’t source the item, all while the item is still available for purchase on the website. One message from customer service contained this paragraph: “Please refrain from responding until my return. If you reply with an "OK" or "Thank you," I will need to respond within 24 hours, potentially disrupting my ongoing follow-up process. Rest assured, I will continue to monitor this matter until it is resolved.” A very frustrating and unpleasant first experience with back market, I would recommend avoiding this site if at all possible.

    Un 10, compre un Iphone 12 pro max, llego el telefono en 24 horas, teniamos miedo porque era la primera vez que comprabamos un reacondicionado, lo cogimos en estado muy bueno y ha llegado excelente, ni un rasguño! y con la bateria al 95% de vida! asique suuuper contenta con la compra! repetiremos seguro.

    Wie bei Vielen, war dies mein erster Kauf eines refurbished Smartphones. Der Verkäufer sitzt in Irland. Das war erst etwas eigenartig. Aber die Lieferung war schnell, pünktlich und vor allem sicher, was mir sehr gefallen hat. Das Päckchen durfte nur von mir entgegen genommen werden. Mit der Qualität des Gerätes bin ich sehr zufrieden. Gemessen daran, dass es ein Smartphone von 2000 ist, hält der Akku sehr lang und das Display ist makellos. Bin sehr zufrieden und würde es wieder machen, auch weil ich zu den Menschen gehöre, die die Wiederverwendung von Geräten unterstützen. Es muss nicht immer neu sein.
