Very good service, I will certainly recommend Back Market to my friends and family. Transport was quick and secure, and the laptop was well maintained in its packaging. However, I must point out that there were still specks of dust (or food?) on the keyboard and screen when I unpacked it. I've kept photos of this. Nothing serious, but I'd suggest that the seller take more care with future customers, at least out of respect for them. Apart from that, the laptop works very well, and the reconditioning was a success.

Hello, I am delighted with my reconditioned HP Elitebook. Shipping was impeccable with UPS, and fast too, good order tracking. This is the first time I've ordered from Back Market, and frankly it's perfect! The computer is what I expected, and it's in superb condition! Just a few small problems with the keyboard, the "ctrl" key on the left doesn't work, and I haven't managed to update it or find the problem. But I have the same key on the right, which works. A few little bugs elsewhere on the keyboard, but that's it, refurbishing isn't quite turnkey, it requires a bit of handling and updates, and other checking installations! In short, it's OK now. Also, I absolutely wanted to buy from a French-speaking vendor for easy follow-up in case of a problem, which is silly, but I'm thinking that maybe I should think about it! So I recommend this seller, in terms of quality and delivery! Honestly, everything is great! Elise.

I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product, and I'm very pleased with the service. The product itself, although "reconditioned" is of very good quality! no problem!

Received without a hitch, just like my previous orders. I don't use it much as it's only for personal use at home. I chose the Dell brand because it's unsurprising and it's the one we've always had at the office. The 'very good condition' tag leaves me wondering, though, as there's a huge scratch on the top cover of the PC. My biggest fear was the state of the battery, knowing the problem of reconditioning, but to my great surprise it held up well for hours after charging. Nothing to complain about, it's a good buy and I'm happy with it.

I waited before posting a review so that I could have an objective opinion. The delivery was ultra fast, great. The PC has a few scratches visible at more than 20 cm, which does not correspond to a PC in "very good condition". However, the battery life is pretty good for a refurbished PC. The PC runs well and the cleaning had been done (not as I read in some comments). In summary, for my use, I am delighted with this PC! Thanks a lot!

On the face of it, the PC works well - I had a lot of trouble with the keys, which didn't work very well at first - I had to press them to get them to work properly. The only major fault that remains is that if the keyboard is in illuminated mode, you can't see what's written on the keys because it's a qwerty keyboard that's been reconditioned in azerty and the old letters show through.
