I have used Back Market several times before so was expecting a good experience but this time they have excelled. This is a great laptop. Back Market listed the condition as 'good' but it seems to have no marks anywhere, it looks and performs like new! It was delivered within 48 hours, exactly as described in the listing and I could not be happier with it. It arrived in some innovative cardboard packaging which protected it very well and is completely recyclable. We bought it to replace an old MacBook Air and using Apple's transfer tech, we had this one up and running exactly as we wanted within a couple of hours. its hard to imagine how the whole experience could have been better!

bought a fair condition 14 pro max, was a bit iffy as some reviews were terrible but excellent condition was too much of a higher price. turns out fair condition came perfect, no signs of use, battery health at 96%, screen and back perfect condition. Looks brand new. Has had repairs done shown in settings but it has all been done using apple parts. I would recommend just going for the fair condition and not wasting money on the higher end condition as its no different.

Really pleased with the service from Back Market. The process of ordering, part-exchange and delivery was seamless and it's very nice indeed to have my MacBook updated to a newer version that I know will last me for a few more years!

Delivery was exactly as expected. Battery life which was described as good is a little disappointing. Perhaps I am a heavier user than I thought. Screen keeps freezing maybe twice a day. Could this be the screen protector? Overall a good improvement on the old model

Excellent product, I ordered a “good” graded laptop expecting some minor damage but this was in excellent condition! This sellers the one to buy from.. I’ve had bad experiences with some sellers on BackMarket! After reading many reviews I choose this one and I’m soo glad I did!

It's great I can use it as a normal phone and if I want to watch something I just unfold it and it's a bigger screen the only down side is that the battery life doesn't last long but I'm always video chatting with people so that could be why

When I received the MacBook it wasn’t turning on and i put it in charge after 10 minutes it still not turned on and I started getting panic 😂 then after 5 more minutes it’s turned on and it’s working awesome no lag or nothing

My Macbook is exactly as described - and is just what I need to edit large batches of photographs. I love the fact I can buy a computer which has all the capabilities I need - without having to pay large sums to buy new! Liking the sustainable story...

I’ve never purchased a product on Back Market before. I was a little frightened to invest my money into a secondhand product in all fairness. But boy was I surprised with my order. The condition was immaculate for my Apple Ultra 2 watch. Not a single scratch is to be seen on the watch. The battery operating health was at 100% as well. It’s basically a new product that just didn’t come with the Apple packaging that it usually comes with. To receive this amazing watch for such a great price. I am extremely pleased. I will certainly be dealing with Back Market again. Thank you so much honestly. Simply over the moon!
