Ordering and delivery very good. Phone looks like new and working very well. Only worry is it keeps dropping service provider. I never had that problem before.

Product was labelled as excellent. Unfortunately, there are clear scratches on the edge of the casing and also on the display. Works perfectly and I accept the defects. I would have expected more honesty from the seller. What a pity! Refurbished is great, everyone just has to play along and be honest in their assessment.

My god, reconditioned is as good as new, very good condition, I would say especially perfect is incredible! Delivery despite the storm scheduled between 8am and 12pm, insured before 12pm, we can not say that it is not respected! I have another purchase to make, you are the king, back market. Thank you

Quality refurbished as always, which justifies the 4th phone I've bought from BackMarket. One complaint, though, is the battery life, which seems very limited (less than a day for normal use), so I'm a bit disappointed...
