Ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S10e in excellent condition and got one in excellent condition! No signs of wear whatsoever. And of course it works perfectly. Delivery took a while, but that was because I made a mistake with the delivery address. So can't really comment on that.

Product was labelled as excellent. Unfortunately, there are clear scratches on the edge of the casing and also on the display. Works perfectly and I accept the defects. I would have expected more honesty from the seller. What a pity! Refurbished is great, everyone just has to play along and be honest in their assessment.

My god, reconditioned is as good as new, very good condition, I would say especially perfect is incredible!
