Great deal, first time I've bought reconditioned. I took "like new": indeed, really like new. No scratches, all functions ok. Everything works perfectly, the battery diagnosis shows 92%. I'll be going back to backmarket once this one has reached the end of its life in a few years' time!

Arrived earlier than advertised, this iPhone is brand new 😁 not a scratch, even micro. This is my first experience of a refurbished phone. I had already trusted for a screen of HP PC and was delighted. Back Market is definitely top notch 👍 No more new phones, I'm recommending reconditioned phones on Back Market because of their seriousness but also because we can all do something for our planet.

Hello, We've already ordered 2 Samsungs which work very well. But this last phone had a number of faults and we are now waiting for news. Hopefully it won't be too serious. See you soon. All the best, Mrs Legoupil

The display film is easy to apply and feels good. Unfortunately, I'm not happy with the case after the back of my iPhone cracked the first time I dropped it with this case on. The case feels great and fits perfectly, despite this: Unfortunately very annoying!

Product as described. The case feels good, fits well and protects the phone well. The two protective screens are easy to fit and don't leave any bubbles. I have nothing to complain about, I'm really pleased with my purchase!

So the delivery and processing was tip top. It couldn't have been better. The only problem was that it wasn't clear that the mobile phone I bought here already came with a silicone cover. That's why I didn't need it.

Very good covering armoured glass. Was easy to fit. The case is crystal clear, flexible, has reinforced corners and fits well in the hand. It really wraps the iPhone perfectly, but because it is thick at the edges, it no longer fits in my mobile phone holder in the car.

Disappointing and what's more, you had to hit the transparent hard for it to work properly. I bought a 360° case elsewhere which is perfect. It's not your fault ... but it didn't work at all.

Pleasant to the touch BUT a soft shell that does not sufficiently protect the edges of the iPhone. After a week I damaged the protective glass (at least I hope it's only the protection that's cracked) whereas with the more rigid protection of my old iPhone in several years I've never had a problem. In short, I regret this choice
