Product in good condition but the description was wrong. The screen definition was advertised as 1080p but it's 720p and I have 500GB of storage instead of 256GB. So mixed experience.

So far, so good! However, there was a small problem with the delivery. I waited for my order to be delivered later than expected! And receive an email on 15 March (the day before the birthday of my wife for whom was this gift), to tell me that I would be delivered between 13 and 14 March! 😂😂😂 bonne vanne chrono post ! 😉

Super PC that looks strong, at a very competitive price. I am delighted to have used the refurbished product.

All good. Product in very good cosmetic condition as advertised, and has worked without a hitch so far. One downside: there was no over-wrapping, the cardboard packaging was the parcel box, and on one side was written "box for a laptop" (approximately, I do not remember exactly the marking), visible to everyone. Having had a parcel stolen once, I didn't think that was very prudent.

Hello, Apart from the fact that I thought I had seen the fingerprint reader in the photos, that the memory is oddly arranged (12GB, so two different memory sticks), the choice of a 500GB HDD rather than a 120GB SSD (with clouds and NAS, there's no need for so many on-board GBs), the device is in excellent condition. I recommend, and I recommend...

As mentioned in another review, the RAM qt is 4GB instead of 8GB, which isn't too bad as I'd already bought an extra 16GB. Other than that, the rest is fine, the computer is still a good buy and what's more, it's Linux compatible.

Computer received in very good condition, however I dismantled it to check and I found a 4GB ram bar... is this normal when it is supposed to have 8GB of ram.... it leaves you wondering about the rest...

Received with a swollen battery, after one month of discussion the computer was sent back to me with the said battery in working order (the basic proposal was to send it back to me with a dead battery but not swollen...) BE CAREFUL: the "AMT" remote control option was enabled as standard in the bios. The rest of the computer is as advertised.
