First purchase of a refurbished device. I'm more than delighted! Really happy, the iPad is like new :) I received it very quickly, in two days. Thank you so much!

I have already bought several Apple devices on backmarket. Everything always works perfectly, and complaints have also been resolved well. With this purchase, the supplier no longer had the ipad in stock. I got an equivalent device from another supplier for the same price.

I waited 2/3 weeks of use to write this review. Everything is top notch 👍🏻 Good battery life, no scratches, good responsiveness 👍🏻 (very good condition) The only drawback is the packaging, which is much bigger than the ipad and the ipad is only wrapped in bubble wrap. Personally I haven't had any problems with this but if it could be better protected it would be better as you never know what might happen during transport! Apart from that, I recommend

Arrived in good visual condition, working well at the moment. The downside of the packaging is that the iPad was simply wrapped in bubble wrap, so it was wandering around in the box... maybe take another look at the packaging. In the future

We ordered the iPad with an "as new" profile and it has a poc on one of the corners which has pushed the corner in. The iPad is still usable and functional but it's true that we expected to see no damage to its appearance.

The week before I bought the same iPad through another shopping platform that starts with A, also re conditioned, and it arrived broken, they still have to learn a lot about how they ship something so delicate, the disappointment was huge. My brother recommended your website and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will of course buy from your app again. Thank you. PS: I would like to add that in the other platform only the charging cable was included and with your iPad I also received the charger with its new cable.

That was a good decision. No scratches on the display or the casing. Battery is fine, lasts 2 to 3 days depending on use. All in all, I know that I will buy my next iPad as a second-hand device.

Order delivered quickly and hassle-free! The iPad is "KN" (i.e. from Denmark or Norway) and fully compatible with all the features available in France. The only slight downside was that the packaging could have been more serious: the tablet was wandering around in the box. Apart from that, I'd recommend it 100%.

Great service! The delivery went very well and the item is what I bought. The packaging of the device could be a little more substantial but it's really not shocking. I highly recommend it in any case 👌
