I ordered an Iphone se 2022 128gb in Excellent condition, sent by PostNL, quite disastrous to contact the parcel service for a problem in the address, unsuccessful, they don't solve anything. The package arrived perfect, spotless, new with box and plastics and everything, but it was 64gb, a pity. I requested a return, it was very fast and without problems, and they gave me my money back, I asked for an exchange but they didn't have any so they refunded me.

I had a hard time making up my mind, but I have to say that, in my case, what I have bought is practically a new phone. If you tell me it's brand new, I'd take it for granted. Spotless (I chose "Excellent", curiously cheaper than "Normal" or "Very good"), without any visible marks of use, with all its accessories as good as new and with 100% battery (I chose "Normal"). Oh: and with double the storage (128Gb instead of 64Gb)! Given my experience, I give it a 5/5; highly recommended; very likely to repeat in the future.

Arrived a week later than stipulated, no tracking number, no compensation. Despite having been purchased in "excellent" condition, the battery arrived in a state of "repair" and having "deteriorated significantly". Furthermore, within a day of using it, it stopped recognising the SIM card for the first time. The claims team was friendly and diligent, but I don't know if it is possible to have a more disastrous purchase.

Network problem since the beginning, almost never any network, I'm not reachable! And it's not the sim card that's the problem I can't send it back because I dropped it shortly afterwards and the screen is cracked, so I'm keeping this phone, which is having a really hard time working! I'm never usually disappointed, but this is very disappointing!

Buying, receiving and transferring my phone went very smoothly. But once my Sim card was inserted and I no longer had access to WiFi, things got complicated. I have no network on my phone. I've seen that there are procedures to follow on the platform, but I haven't taken the time to do them yet. I'll get back to you if the problem persists.
