The watch arrived on time perfectly packaged and protected. In fact it looked as good as new. The battery lasts less than 48 hours, but I think it depends on the type of item and not the capacity of the battery. I am satisfied and will buy from BackMarket again.

The phone has probably not been reconditioned or checked... The screws were covered with a gangue of dried mud as well as the jack and USB socket, which means that the phone has not been cleaned and dismantled. I thought I was dealing with a local refurbisher in the 38, the order left Talinn in Estonia, transit via Poland to arrive at my house the next day. Fortunately the product works. But I still feel like I've bought a second-hand phone straight off the shelf, with no service to check and recondition it.

The order arrived even earlier than expected. The condition of the Watch is impeccable, it looks brand new, it works perfectly and I am very happy.

I found the quality to be superb. It came packaged in its original box, with the spare strap, the appearance is brand new, with all the packaging perfect as if it were brand new. A ten.

The product was as ordered. I was a little disappointed to see that the tab S7+ didn't come with a pen, and a simple USB/USB Type C cable that looked a bit cheap. The packaging is also a little simplistic, and lacks any kind of shock absorber (such as bubble wrap). That said, the tablet is in very good condition, clean, compliant and without (perhaps not enough) fuss.

The product arrived quickly and in perfect condition, the only thing to note is how fast the battery drains.
