The product is perfect, I bought it in correct quality and could be excellent quality, I have not seen any scratches, for that part I am very happy. Now, the delivery process was a bit chaotic, the transport was handled by colissimo and the truth is that fatal, the tracking was not updated and the order came out late... However, the customer service by back market was great!

Terminal in very good external condition. I had to update the system several times and in the end it works well, as expected. The charging cable does not fit well; it does not work, neither with this nor with my old terminal (XZ1 Compact).

So far so good, my son is over the moon ;)

the early days scared me, not all the updates were done. There's still a pop up every time you start up talking about acer services that will no longer be available in 2018... It's a bit faster now that it's back in the habit of running. As it comes with a one-year warranty, I'm keeping it for another 1 or 2 months to see how it behaves. Product with poor autonomy, loss of function of the touchpad and scratches on the top shell very disappointed and for backmarket the refund is not made because I exceeded the withdrawal period after it boasts of having a long warranty in their advertising I strongly advise against this computer and every product available from them my last phone came from here and the same a disappointment, buy new for the difference you will have something correct or go to rakuten my phone comes from there nothing to complain about
