So happy with my Google Pixel 8 - feels and looks like a new phone. Hadn't considered having a refurbished phone until a family member recommended 'Back Market'. So pleased I followed their advice and saved a lot of money!

Researched long and hard for the right iPad for me before finally settling for this model. Initially I was a little sceptical about buying a refurbished iPad however I couldn’t be happier with the service from Back Market. Super fast delivery for Christmas…great packaging (box was on a par with Apple packaging) and so far completely delighted with the device and battery life. 12 month warranty also included. I wish I'd bought from here sooner. Google pixel 9 pro (premium quality). It was like getting a brand new phone. The battery life is excellent, there were no marks or scratches on the phone or screen at all and everything works perfectly. Phone arrived exactly when planned. Will be doing this again rather than buying new in future!

In one word: Lovely The iPad was in mint condition as advertised. It was officially registered as a refurbished sale with Apple and therefore covered by Apple's remaining original warranty, with the option to add AppleCare+ on top of it. Backmarket offers their own insurance products as well to cover it from accidental damage. What's not to like?
