Apart from the fact that the item was cracked, it's a good appliance but very average in terms of finish. The front cover doesn't fit or there are missing parts to fix it.

Disappointed with this refurbisher having bought it in perfect condition there is still dust in the console and a little in the CD input moreover supplied with a fake ps3 controller.

Vendor to be avoided. I will explain my bad experience at JeuxVidéoDuNet : In June, I ordered a 3DS XL in "perfect condition" from this seller via Backmarket. After placing my order, I was supposed to receive my console quickly, i.e. within 4 days. But I had to wait 8 DAYS just for the JeuxVidéoDuNet sales team to drop my parcel off at the post office. That already sets the tone. Once I'd finally received and opened my parcel, I noticed that I was holding a 3DS XL that was VERY FAR from being in perfect condition. The console's top screen is badly scratched, one of the hinges is broken and the console as a whole is also badly scratched, damaged and very, very dirty (full of dust and dirt that I can't even begin to describe). It's honestly a shame to sell a product in such a state without bothering to clean it. My story doesn't end there, because after seeing the state of this console (which was supposed to be in "perfect condition", for the record), I decided to send the device back and get a full refund. seller not honest at all, you pay the console and never receive anything forced to go through back market to have the info, the seller starts to say that there is an error in the description and then makes believe that the ship the co sole while its totally fo ad to flee I do not recommend at all
