So BackMarket, I'm a loyal customer and I've never been disappointed, but watch out for your reconditioning providers! It's used equipment in decent condition and it's advertised, but you should impose a cleanliness charter on your partners. The device arrived in a deplorably dirty state (I have photos if I need them, taken with my BM phone of course). What seems to be common sense isn't for everyone, and second-hand doesn't mean SALE! However, the camera seems to be in perfect working order (and that's the main thing) and has seen better days since it was bricked up... I still love you BM! <3

I've been ordering from back market since 2020 and I've never had any problems, whether with products, returns or refunds, until today when the seller, JB CE, tried to scare me by saying that I hadn't sent the complete product, but back market still refunded me. So I'll continue to buy from them, but if I can give some advice on film when you unpack your parcels and when you send them back to avoid this kind of problem.

Easy purchase. Fast dispatch and arrival before the original date. The machine is in perfect condition and passed the field test with flying colours. I recommend not only the machine but also Back Market.

The packaging and delivery were great. The Xbox is also flawless. Unfortunately, the controller supplied has a (apparently) loose contact. It keeps pressing upwards even when not touched. Let's see if I can fix the problem. It's just not a new product.😉 But otherwise everything is great.

I received JBL headphones a week ago and I am very satisfied with them. However, this morning I lost the left earpiece while doing sport... I can't get my hands on it again... What do I really think...? It's a great thing. I've bought refurbished devices before and have always been very satisfied. Your customer service and ongoing information are excellent.

An amazing camera! My sister was really made immensely happy with this gift. The crazy thing is that it had 'Good' written on it as a condition - however, this camera looks brand new! It came all the way from France & super well wrapped. So Backmarket is definitely recommended if you care about the environment & want to find something nice!
