The watch I bought was considered ‘Good’. Bar a few light scratches on the watch face, it looked brand new. The only downside is the watch strap was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned but replacements can be bought on Temu for €2.

Hello, I purchased a gamer computer from your store on 28 August 2025. It was delivered to me on the morning of 30 August 2025, with no notable damage to the parcel. Once the parcel was unpacked, the condition of the computer was as described on your website. Switching on the computer went smoothly. After checking that the computer's technical specifications matched the advertised information, I ran the "Unigine Heaven 4.0" utility (with all settings set to maximum) to check the graphics card's capabilities, and I was not disappointed. With my old computer equipped with a Geforce GTX 750Ti, the benchmark reached a ridiculous score of 515 (with a maximum of 42.4 fps). With the Geforce RTX 3060, the benchmark reached a score of 2571 (with a maximum of 215.8 fps). I also noticed that the hard disk installed was of the 'NVMe' type (which attaches directly to the motherboard) and not a classic ssd (connected by cables). I then launched my favourite video game, and once again the benchmark reached an average of 135 fps, more than enough for fluid gameplay, where the Geforce GTX 750Ti only peaked at 40 fps in 'Ultra' mode. So I'm satisfied with my purchase, despite my initial mistrust of refurbished items. In fact, I was expecting a possible premature breakdown a week after the purchase. I therefore recommend your site.

I've been ordering from back market since 2020 and I've never had any problems, whether with products, returns or refunds, until today when the seller, JB CE, tried to scare me by saying that I hadn't sent the complete product, but back market still refunded me. So I'll continue to buy from them, but if I can give some advice on film when you unpack your parcels and when you send them back to avoid this kind of problem.
