My son smashed the screen of our 6 year old ipad and it was going to cost £100+ to get it fixed, not really worth it gien the age of the tablet. It is great to be able to get an already refurbished but much better spec'ed tablet for a similar price. Ordering and delivery is great. I would however like to have a comparison chart or more details of each item so you can really compare the different models you have chosen - hence 4 not 5 stars.

Well where do I start. A friend had recommended Back Market to me so I bought my new iPad pro 2018 3rd generation. Absolutely brilliant. Not a mark on it. I use it purely for playing music from. It’s absolutely brilliant. Thank you.

such a great experience with back market, ordered an ipad, came the next day perfectly packed with a screen protector on aswell, have had my ipad a couple weeks now and couldn’t be happier it’s exactly as described and have had no problems with it in so impressed!

My second purchase from Back Market & I'm really pleased with this latest Smart phone, Google Pixel 7A. It certainly looks like new. I Have had a screen protector put on & he did say it had a couple of scratches. I couldn't see any! I haven't long started to use it so getting used to navigating it's function, my previous phone being a Samsung. I'm sure I'll be fine!

Excellent buy. The iPad was delivered quickly and it looks brand new. It even had a screen protector installed. The supplied charging cable was very thin and didn’t work but as I already had others it wasn’t an issue.

Ipad arrived on time, it works and no scratches or anything to suggest it is second hand. Really pleased! However, the product was supposed to come with a charger. I messaged the customer services email and they quickly responded with a credit to purchase one. The cable is available in their online shop but the adapter is not. If they were both available and within the credit amount, I would ignored the slip-up. Here's hoping something will become available soon! :)
