In an immaculate condition, like a new smartphone really

I am very satisfied with my purchase "Iphone 15 pro max" perfect condition. The battery is at 89% of its capacity, which is very good for a reconditioned phone. It is a model intended for the European market. There are no scratches and no repair history, so all parts are original. The box and charging cable are not apple but that's not a problem given the savings.

Refurbished iPhone 15 Pro received today. So far, everything is perfect: impeccable condition, working device, and a 93% battery, which is very satisfactory for a refurbished device. The packaging was neat and tidy. The only minor drawback was a one-day delay in delivery, but that doesn't detract from the quality of the product. I'm very happy so far, thank you!

Totally satisfied with my phone. Excellent condition and received on time. This isn't my first refurbished order and it certainly won't be my last with the great Backmarket team.

I highly recommend this seller. I was wary because of its short time in Back market and because I bought the phone for much less than its refurbished price, but the phone has arrived without a scratch and with 100% battery. I couldn't be happier, I totally recommend it.

At the time of purchase, the order phone was no longer available 3 hours after ordering. I was offered another colour as a replacement, which is fine. When I received the phone, there were traces of dirt on the back and a scratch on the casing. Back parquet was receptive to my comments, which is good. The phone has been in use for 1 week and the face id (easy recognition) is not working. We get a message saying "face id is not available, try configuring later". The selfies work perfectly, so it's not the front-facing camera that's malfunctioning. Apparently this is a known Apple ios problem. We'll check with updates and go to the Apple shop.

Been eyeing prices for the S23 Ultra for a while because of camera capabilities. Still taking nice photos without lugging around too many lenses. Of course, the results don't match a really good camera, but very satisfied with the photos. Otherwise a fine phone and the device really meets the very good qualification. Looks practically like new. In short, very satisfied.

I was extremely satisfied with the purchase, the iPhone arrived in perfect condition, as promised. The battery is at 86%. The only flaw is that the camera doesn't focus well when I shoot close up, but that seems to be a problem with iPhones and not BackMarket.

The phone has arrived perfectly, it is for my daughter and very well. The problem is that we did a plan renove with an iPhone XR and we sent it on 24 January and it hasn't arrived. They told me where I left it that they would send me a confirmation email and they haven't sent me anything. To this day I keep receiving messages asking me to send the phone, and I have already sent it.
