    Works as standard with my dell precision 7250, no configuration required. Small and the button on top turns the pc on and off without needing to open it. Comes with its charger and has a usb c cable attached, non-detachable, small white light on it to show that the device is connected. Great for a two-monitor setup with lots of usb A to plug in. Would be better with a second hdmi. But my pc already has one so ok.

    Well received and very well packaged. Not quite as described in the data sheet on your site (several options not indicated on the data sheet are actually present: SD card reader, fingerprint reader, 32 GB RAM instead of 16..... On the other hand, the laptop arrived with a wifi-Bluetooth card disconnected and not fixed in the laptop, and a fixing point missing (and damaged), neutralising the trackpad and the keyboard mouse buttons. In fact, in my opinion, it's more in line with grade A or B+ equipment. A good point for the Lenovo case supplied free of charge in the parcel. If I hadn't been a former IT technician, the discovery of these items and the refurbishment would certainly not have been possible. The "bonus" items justify not using the guarantee of conformity. But I'm still holding back. If I'm asked for my opinion, I'll be very careful. It's true that the second-hand market is complex, but BackMarket's controls on what it sells are inadequate. Besides, I'm not complaining, a computer sold with all the options available would have cost more than the one being sold. This is only allowed by the lack of market control, and authorises "hardware cleaning companies to claim to be reconditioners". I consider myself lucky in every way. But only because I managed to get the hardware working (except for the trackpad and keyboard mouse buttons). I thought long and hard before giving my opinion. Thank you for allowing me to do so now.

    dell 14" laptop received very quickly. i ordered it choice in good condition, at unpacking i thought it was new, looking closer there are a few scratches on the surface barely visible without importance.
