I bought this model in excellent condition with a used battery and the mobile came as good as new. No scratches, one or two marks from using the cover and 100% battery with very few cycles. Recurrent shipping updates. The worst thing was that it arrived a day later than expected, but that wasn't backmarket's fault but the carrier's (DHL).

Very satisfied with my purchase. Perfect quality. I would recommend this reconditioned product.

Ordered an iPhone 13 prox green, it is nickel, I saw 0 visual defect, battery level frankly 0 blem, I made test at the level of the battery, it posts certainly 91% but nevertheless it lasts much longer than other iPhone having a state of the battery to 91% similar. First time I've gone into refurbishing and 3rd smartphone in my life, before it was the iPhone 4s and iPhone X where both were bought day one, the 2 have served me very well over their years but it was time for a change. 0 regrets on this purchase, (especially as green is my favourite colour and it pisses me off that the next iPhones don't offer green T_T)

Iphone received in perfect condition; data transfer from my iphone 6 to my iphone 11 without any problem; I am completely satisfied with my reconditioned iphone and I recommend Back Market for your future purchase.

A great buy. I ordered it in "very good" condition and the iPhone arrived practically brand new, just a few imperceptible marks on the side. The screen is unmarked and the battery is 100%. The iPhone works perfectly. I would definitely recommend it.

Battery at 88%. A few scratches on the casing and the glass, but nothing annoying... they are hidden by the casing and the protective glass. Received a dual ESim instead of one with physical Sim + ESim, but I was able to find a solution with my operator. So quite happy with my purchase.

I'm happy with my iPhone, which arrived very quickly and performs well. However, I was very disappointed: I had ordered it in 'very good condition', but it has a clearly visible crack right down the middle of the screen.

Good evening I bought a refurbished iPhone SE 2020 in December, excellent product without a scratch, really as good as new. I would say a very safe site, helpful and precise, I was really satisfied.
