The iPhone 14 Pro is great looks like new no scratches and new iPhone box with brand new charger and skewer too, it is the second one I buy and both perfect.

Excellent purchase, excellent quality phone. Very fast delivery, phone as good as new. This is the 5th phone I've bought from Backmarket for my family, and we're always very satisfied.

Really good and fast processing. I will certainly use Backmarket again and recommend it to others! Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with DHL at this point. Contrary to the delivery information, the device was delivered without a signature and unfortunately put into the much too narrow letter slot. As a result, the envelope and box were damaged. Fortunately, the device was wrapped thickly enough and did not suffer any damage. If delivery without a signature is possible, why is it not possible to select it in the delivery options and then have to be at home between 8 a.m. and "end of day"?

I was a little afraid for the reconditioned but it is intact in perfect condition as advertised except for a small lack of professionalism he arrived with a piece of paper towel on the glass phone.

The buying advice and product comparisons enabled me to make an informed choice. The delivery service is fast and payment in several instalments means I can keep my budget under control. I'm delighted with my purchase of a reconditioned phone, which is great for the planet and for my budget!

For the moment there's nothing to report except that I'm very happy with my purchase...it works very well..(I was told there was a slight stiffness..well I'm still looking for it!!)..very satisfied with my purchase.

Although I have a problem with the delivery of the first mobile phone, the second one I ordered is perfect. It even came from my home country.🙂 For the problem I had with the delivery of the first mobile phone, it was entirely the fault of the courier service. I would like to thank Back Marketing for the support I received. I have bought about 4 mobile phones from here and I am very satisfied. I will continue to recommend you to everyone

I bought this phone from you 15 months ago, supposedly in good condition! To my great surprise, when I removed the shell that was in place when I received it, the back of the phone was very damaged, I couldn't even remove the plastic because the phone was cracking. I hope I won't have the same problem with the next one I've just ordered from you !!!!

Product in top condition. Delivered 3 days after ordering. I would order from Back Market again
