I really enjoyed it, and still do. As for the battery, there's not much to complain about. Aesthetically speaking it's perfect, the camera phot, the portability and the relationship to the hand as well. Device received in perfect condition (it really is like new) as advertised, dispatched immediately and received on time. It works perfectly (2 weeks of use). I asked for my old one back, which was done quickly, just as efficiently, and at the advertised price... Perfect!

A small scratch is visible on one corner of the frame (and perceptible to the touch), but the shell and screen are impeccable, and the phone works perfectly well with good battery life. By taking the dual SIM version, I received a European model (and not the US version, which is sold everywhere). Received very quickly, the day after ordering.

No worries at all. This is the second time I've used BackMarket. I was just surprised by the origin of the smartphone: an Eastern European country. Otherwise it works perfectly. Samsung quality.

The iPhone 14 Pro is great looks like new no scratches and new iPhone box with brand new charger and skewer too, it is the second one I buy and both perfect.

Really good and fast processing. I will certainly use Backmarket again and recommend it to others! Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with DHL at this point. Contrary to the delivery information, the device was delivered without a signature and unfortunately put into the much too narrow letter slot. As a result, the envelope and box were damaged. Fortunately, the device was wrapped thickly enough and did not suffer any damage. If delivery without a signature is possible, why is it not possible to select it in the delivery options and then have to be at home between 8 a.m. and "end of day"?

So far, I'm very happy with my Galaxy A54. I'm discovering it little by little... Let's get to know each other! 😅 It takes very nice photos. I'm rediscovering Samsung at the same time.

For the moment there's nothing to report except that I'm very happy with my purchase...it works very well..(I was told there was a slight stiffness..well I'm still looking for it!!)..very satisfied with my purchase.

The buying advice and product comparisons enabled me to make an informed choice. The delivery service is fast and payment in several instalments means I can keep my budget under control. I'm delighted with my purchase of a reconditioned phone, which is great for the planet and for my budget!
