absolutely delighted with my phone! got it in good condition but really it's in excellent condition!! had a slight issue with delivery as I paid for express but was unable to receive the express due to bank holidays so I was refunded for this and the customer service was honest just fabulous!! Will definitely be buying from back market again !!😁

Only a few scratches on the side but you wouldn’t even notice unless u looked clisley

A really fine bit of kit - kudos to the refurbisher! A teensy tinsy issue that occurred was remedied by alert staffers toot sweet. I wouldn’t buy my Apples from anyone else because I know Back Market service is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

What can I say? The iPad Mini is great and the service was exceptional. As I recall, it arrived the day after I ordered it. I paid a little more for the best condition, and it looks new. Works a treat and it's just what I was after. Full marks. I'll be back!

I got this for my 11 year old daughter as I’ve the new iPad and she wouldn’t leave me alone as need it for work and other things the price is very reasonable.

I was slightly apprehensive about buying a used ipad but upon arrival ( it was extremely well packaged with a quick delivery time) I found the ipad to be in an as new condition with no faults whatsoever. It was purchased with the intention to use for operating a digital pa system and has proved very capable for this as well as for all other functions. I will certainly use your company again for my future purchases

New (refurbished phone) arrived on time and when expected. Condition was advertised as very good but I struggled to see the minor blemishes and would have described the condition as excellent. Only minor niggle is the phone insists on telling me the battery is not a standard I-phone part but I’m sure if I tried hard enough I could get it to stop.
