Love this watch, after having a FitBit for the last 4 years, don't know why I didn't change sooner. Came in the original box and immaculate condition. I did purchase the excellent quality, but I did expect some type of wear considering its refurbished. Great service Back Market. I will definitely purchase again.

absolutely brilliant , I ordered this watch in excellent condition and it arrived super quick, it's perfect , not a mark on it, works perfectly and connects flawlessly with my flip 4 ( also a back market product ) , plus I'm helping the environment by again purchasing refurbished, it's a no brainer, I'll never buy new again!

Smart Watch Samsung HR GPS Galaxy Watch 5 - Rose Gold, bought as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loves it. It looks brand new and works perfectly. One thing to point out is that when you first set it up the battery usage is high but once all updates have downloaded and the watch learns your routine the battery lasts about 36 hours with normal usage. Once again a great service from Back Market

I really love it, it has been far more useful then I thought it would be, and helped cut down on the number of times I need to take out my phone. Also helped me respond to messages sooner then I would, also I used to forget to take my phone with me to turn on the lights in my house now I just use it and say what room I want. It also felt like new when I got it and I will be buying most, if not all of my Tek form u lot because I don't see a need to get it new because it doesn't look any better and I love the fact I can get a good warranty for a fair price!

This product was delivered as per the time frame given. However, it was delivered with an aftermarket charger which heats up the watch and I have to let it cool down before putting it on my wrist. Apart from that love the watch and no other complaints. Came scratch free as if brand new.

The watch is in Excellent condition, if I didn't know it was refurbished I would have thought it was new. A genuine Samsung charging plug would have been nice as i have only older USB chargers and it takes a VERY long time to charge. I had to buy 1 on Amazon. Now it charges faster.

Good service, good product, good price. Only thing is that the condition was supposed to be 'excellent' but there was a scraped engraving on the back. I wish I'd known since I bought it as a present for my mum. The price was good enough though to accept that.
