Extremely powerful computer. The dealers were extremely friendly and helpful when I pointed out a minor configuration error. The computer now works very well, with no problems whatsoever. The only drawback is that the RAM chips are not of the same frequency, which means that I can't take full advantage of their capacity. I plan to replace the less powerful ones.

I ordered this item about a month ago. Some parts had to be changed in order to meet delivery deadlines. The after-sales service contacted me to inform me of this and to ask for my authorisation. On receipt of the product, we had a few problems with the ignition, and the graphics card had to be dismantled and reassembled in order to resolve them. To do this, we were assisted remotely by the after-sales service and then by the technician who had assembled the tower. A component had become disconnected, probably because of the turbulence during transport. The people we were in contact with were very responsive and welcoming. After a month's use, I'm still delighted with my purchase. The only slight snag is that the processor won't let me install Windows 11 (no TPM 2.0), which is a shame because Microsoft is going to stop updating Windows 10 by the end of the year... Too bad Apart from that, everything's fine.

Good product for the price as I didn't get the configuration I originally asked for. But I accepted the one I was offered with a slightly weaker processor and a slightly stronger graphics card.

Professional order on Thursday. Call from seller to branch on Monday. Request for agreement to change CPU (Intel -> AMD). Agreement OK. Urgent need. Equipment received on Wednesday. But PC does not boot. Vendor sends new motherboard within 48 hours. Dismantled and reassembled at branch. Problem: 2 RAM slots out of order. The PC works, but with 32 GB instead of 64 GB. Problem reported to seller. No further news. Friendly and responsive seller. We have given up on memory. 32 GB should be enough for the LLM project. But we use Back Market to avoid these problems. Otherwise, we'd use Leboncoin. Next time, we'll give priority to Amazon. Best regards,

All in all, it was an experience that went rather well, with lots of discussions with the technician, who was available and competent to assemble everything properly. A little fright at the beginning when I saw that the dealer had the wrong number.

The only problem I have had with the computer has been that the operating system,... is in French and it complicates things a bit. In my humble opinion it should come in English to make it easier to use the computer. Best regards

The PC works like a charm, and the i-gamer team is superbly competent and friendly. What's more, for the same price, they replaced some components with better ones. Whether it's BackMarket or i-gamer, I'm absolutely satisfied with the service.

I haven't tried it yet, as it will be offered at Christmas, but the dealer, in order to meet the delivery date, even though he didn't have all the components, contacted me directly to offer me new, better-performing components at no extra cost. I really appreciated this direct contact and spontaneous sales proposal. Everything arrived in perfect condition and perfectly packaged and the chronopost service is very practical (I received an email announcing the delivery which I was able to redirect directly to a relay for greater convenience). Thank you for a great experience.

A plug was disconnected on the graphics card. We had to go into the bios because the computer wasn't booting on the Windows partition. It took us an hour and a half to get everything right again, but we did it! Clearly, the configuration had not been tested before being sent to us.
