This is the first purchase my fiancé and I have made on Back Market and I must say, we’re thoroughly impressed with the quality of the product we ordered!! After choosing excellent, we still weren’t sure exactly in what condition it was going to be, and it pretty much looks brand new. The only reason this is getting 4 star and not 5 is because we feel that paying a little extra for the excellent condition would mean that we get all of the accessories (we were missing some cleaning products, the water tank filter, and the coffee puck bin). Thank you Back Market, we are definitely converted to the refurbished life <3<3

I was on the fence about buying a refurbished coffee machine but it's been 3 months of daily usage and still going strong! The machine came with all the accessories and the manufacturer cleaning tablets. It was almost completely clean with the expected slight wear and tear for a refurbished product.

I bought a S21 unlocked model graded as "fair". The phone was immaculate and seems to be working in excellent order.very straightforward website to use and the delivery tracking and service was excellent. I also used the trade-in option when purchasing my phone to sell on my previous . Would highly recommend Back Market and I will be using this website in the future for other refurbishment tech purchases.

First time I've bought a reconditioned phone and I was a bit unsure what to choose. I decided to choose a fair condition phone. I was surprised when it arrived at how good the condition actually was, barely a mark on it. Phone works great and I'm glad I decided to buy a reconditioned phone rather than a new one at twice the price. Very pleased overall.

I received my order within a couple days (I did order it in the evening so probably would've been quicker!) and to say I ordered it in fair condition I was very happy! It actually included more than I thought it would after reading the description, the only thing I needed to do was download the manual on my laptop from online! The only noticeable things was a few scratches on the drip tray and you could tell the milk jug had had some use but I think to say its refurbished and fair condition this is very good!!! I just cleaned up the jug with some stain remover and it looked brand new! and as for the scratches on the drip tray, I bought this coffee machine as an upgrade. I bought a cheap espresso machine a couple years ago so I know how easy it is to catch scratches with the drip tray so this didn't bother me because I thought I was probably going to end up getting a few accidental scuffs on it myself! I was a bit weary of buying something refurbed because I haven't done it before but this coffee machine was in better condition than I thought it would be. therefore, I would highly recommend!!! im now making the same delicious coffees for a fraction of the price than I would be if I...

Excellent item, my air purifier went on the blink so I was able to order this one in great condition and get it delivered in a few days. Looked perfect with no noticeable cosmetic damage. Works well. Very pleased 😀

A few scratches on the side of the casing, and some marks on the back but nothing that affects the performance, and now it's in a case, nothing is visible. It was labelled fair condition and I'm happy with it. Good screen and fantastic battery life so far. Very pleased, with much quicker response than my old phone. Charges quickly to 100% and keeps charge for at least 2 days, which is great. Came with a charging cable.

Phone bought for child so didn't want to pay for a new one. Clear and easy to use website. Good price for the phone which was in immaculate condition. Very quick delivery. All round reallw pleased with our purchase.

Amazing the fan is excellent slight mark on casing but as expected being refurbished. Very quick delivery arrived within 24hrs of ordering. Will be ordering another shortly
