I was very pleased with the refurbishment carried out by your services. The possibility of having the RAM and ROM that you want is great. The delivery was correct and on time. The downside is that I have 4 keys (? - . - : and !) which do not give me the signs for these keys!!?

Very satisfied with my purchase. The PC works without a hitch. The screen is not scratched (which was my fear for a properly refurbished machine) and the machine is in good condition overall. The PC was "reconfigured" with Windows 11 installed a few months ago and delivered with its original charger and battery.

Delivery quicker than expected with a good reception of the computer, after trying over 3 weeks the equipment works perfectly either in charge or battery life, I do not regret my purchase. I would recommend it.

The computer works very well, just what I needed. The delivery didn't go very well, I had to go all the way to Tongeren because they had sent me an e-mail saying that the computer had been delivered there when in fact it had been delivered to the bookshop near my home, so I went to Tongeren for nothing.

The device is very good, and it has to be said that its features are very good considering the price. On the downside, the battery doesn't last more than 2 hours, the keyboard regularly changes to English, the shift key doesn't work, and some of the others are stickers rather than the originals. Apart from that, the product is good and not very damaged.

I would simply say that everything was perfect. My laptop was delivered on time and was exactly what I asked for. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this site.

I am very satisfied with my purchase! No scratches, well packaged, no problems to report. A small point of clarification though: the touch pen is not included (it was not specified whether it was included or not).
