Fast and efficient ordering & shipping - as usual! PC as described and in good condition (several signs of wear and tear and residual adhesive marks) Performance to be seen over the long term (especially for the battery)

Delivery quicker than expected with a good reception of the computer, after trying over 3 weeks the equipment works perfectly either in charge or battery life, I do not regret my purchase. I would recommend it.

The device works well. But delivered with Windows 10, 4 months before the end of maintenance announced by Microsoft is a little bloated and light on the part of the seller! I had to update the Bios and migrate to Windows 11, everything is fine.

Computer received quickly and well packaged. Left on the doorstep but the deliverers are very quick at Christmas... Everything seems to work fine, we'll see in use if the battery lasts despite the reconditioning. The only downside was the 'almost' QWERTY keyboard: some of the special character keys (such as arobase) accessible via 'Alt GR' were not where they were supposed to be on the keyboard. After searching, we found that the keyboard was configured in Belgian Azerty (this is no joke), so we had to adapt the Windows settings. It now works.

I would simply say that everything was perfect. My laptop was delivered on time and was exactly what I asked for. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this site.

Another 100% successful BackMarket experience! As announced, the computer has some scratches and signs of wear on the outer shell, but the screen is spotless. The keyboard has some stickers on it, I imagine, but that doesn't bother me in the slightest. I was looking for a desktop computer for the home, something light, simple and on which we could check our emails or do simple web searches... Not a competition beast, just an office computer and the Chromebook connected to our Google accounts is perfect for that. Don't forget, though, that this is an Android-based Chromebook, so you won't be able to install all your favourite software... I did, however, activate the Linux console on the computer so that I could install a few extra apps, such as Excel, to activate certain macros that don't work in Sheet... So I'd recommend this type of computer to anyone looking for a very simple laptop for office use. Thanks BackMarket!

Bought in "fair" condition, the PC has only one or two almost invisible dings. After a few weeks of use, the whole thing works perfectly like new. The metal finish is of good quality. Very satisfied with this purchase

Impeccable, perfect condition. On the other hand, what kind of keyboard is this? It's certainly an AZERTY keyboard, but some of the keys have a logo other than the function they perform: exclamation mark, underscore, @. Luckily I know them by heart!
