I am very satisfied with my new PC. It arrived well packed, like new and works correctly. A few bugs at times (keyboard, overheating) but nothing serious. To be seen with time.

I gave this computer to my grandson. It's an HP that's true to its original qualities. My grandson is very satisfied with the quality of the Chromebook. He uses it a lot in lessons and at home to prepare for his exams. To sum up, we're all very satisfied 👍👍

The computer is of good quality, but there is a problem with the display, with a vertical line appearing regularly (see photos attached). This line always appears in the same place (left of the screen)

The computer is very good, but it does not detect my printer. This is due to chrome os which displays it but the printer does not work, perhaps an update of the printer or chrome os will solve the problem, nothing to say about the backmarket service.

In perfect condition, works very well, would recommend to many people wishing to buy reconditioned.

I am completely satisfied. A fair price for a device that looks completely new, no defects - protective film. And delivery was easy too. If I had a comment, it would only be about the 32GB memory, which is a bit small for this Chromebook.

Impeccable packaging, nothing to say about that. Same for the PC, it's impeccable! However, the battery discharged in just 2 hours. I'm disgusted, because it's my work tool... I can't send it back, I need it. I'll have to wait and see on the next charge... I took it in new condition on purpose (the review says "Very good condition", but there's a price difference, so I hope I got it in new condition!

As usual with BackMarket, delivery is ultra-fast, and the computer looks as if it's brand new at a much lower price than new. As far as operation is concerned, so far so good.
