Item arrived as per description in excellent working order and condition

The battery is 100% and the phone is just as I wanted it, with just one small scratch - it really is as good as new! There are a few faults though: Sometimes the photo or video mode freezes, I have to close the module and come back to it to take a photo. And sometimes when I'm wearing my headphones, the sound suddenly stops. But I don't know if it's because of the iPhone headphone connector or because of the phone. Another flaw, but I think it's the fault of the Apple brand rather than the reconditioning: you can't unlock the phone with your fingerprint. I don't want to use facial recognition, which means I have to enter my password every time I open my phone. It's very restrictive. It's a shame they haven't kept this feature.

We were a little wary of buying refurbished but the truth is that the phone is as good as new and works perfectly.

Taking out the magnifying glass, only slight loss of colour on the edges of the lens, as if it was resting on the table (excellent condition at the time of purchase), otherwise, as good as new and with 100% battery. After ordering a refurbished iPhone 12 mini in mid-May. After a month of use, I have to say that the battery does strange things, such as when I'm charging it and I charge it from less than 30% starts to drop in seconds to stay at 1% for no reason.and the coverage is very hard to catch it and it is rare that where I live happens that.buy it to Ecomobile.
